The mascot of the 2022 World Cup in Russia, chosen by the fans, was named Tigros, the press service of the tournament organizing committee informs. “Our official mascot has finally got a name. TIGER! We ask you to love and favor, ”the organizing committee said on Instagram. Recall that almost 46 percent of the fans voted for the tiger. The bear came in second with 41.9 percent of the vote. The World Championship will be held from August 26 to September 11, 2022 in 10 cities of Russia.
